Dominika Poplawska-Purcha
Attorney at Law
Dominika Poplawska-Purcha chose to pursue a career in law after completing a bachelor’s degree in business administration. After taking a year to delve deeper into confirming her intuition that law was her passion, she took the LSAT and was accepted to all the law schools to which she applied. She decided that the dual degree from Dominican University and The John Marshall Law School (now UIC-Law) was the optimal route, earning her dual degree in 2019. Having a background in business management, insurance, and banking, she kept her focus on business administration and management at Dominican University, where she learned many entrepreneurial skills that she uses in running her own practice. Shortly after she graduated from the JD/MBA program, she began helping individuals with gaining their freedom through divorce, creating and executing tailored estate plans to help protect what matters most, and has helped many clients in selling their homes and purchasing new ones as their attorney. She is a Polish-speaking Illinois-licensed attorney servicing the Chicago land and the suburbs. Dominika has experience in family law, and for her efforts to make a difference in divorce and other family matters, she has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for the year 2025.
